Detoxing, vegan style

As for the new year we decided to spend a alcohol-free month. It is a cliché, but really necessary after all the traveling and X-mas holiday celebrations. As for me this has also been a new start and hence I probably cannot continue kendo I decided to join gym again. I'm going to do some basic gym exercises and then take spinning classes and probably pilates or so.

Today I joined a detox class with my friend held at studio Unelma. The basic idea is to clean your body and mind by meditating and doing a quite strict pure and ecologial cleaning for your body. The first week is pure vegan and hence I'm already nearly vegetarist, it's going to be no problem for me. It's great to have some new recipes and ideas for eating, while you also move and need protein. Looking forward to this!
