Posting from the sick bed
Some kind of stomach bug hit me. It might've been the overload of coffee I had yesterday and the hints of Parmesan cheese on my salad, I was too lazy to pick all of them out. So today it's dairy free stomach medicines and rice porridge made with soy milk and served with blueberries. I also bought buckwheat dry bread and my favorite organic animal-free tomato-basilica butter. Yummy!

Gym, gym, gym
Oh yes, it bites! Going strong, didn't even got the flu. I've done 5 exercises per week, sometimes six and eaten totally vegetarian food. My all time favorites are: avocados, mushrooms and peanuts.
I also started eating MSM to support my joints and elasticity of the muscles. And then I found something to read: http://www.fitoona.com :)
