I'm so bored with the hemp protein. It makes every smoothie whether army green or dirty colored. The taste is also quite strong so the lady at Life -store recommended me rice protein for a change. I made my morning smoothie base with it and the avocado and Chlorella powder turned that into a greyish light green... So same old! :D
My personal trainer, a 201 cm tall wellbuilt guy whom I had for free three times, made me an exercise program which said that I should eat 2150 calories a day! There's a challenge. A quite huge one.
