Ripped... or getting there

I promised to write about the Ripped Hardcore booster drink, so here it is. I've tasted both flavors and like the Pomegranate the best. The drink itself makes me a bit jumpy, but at the gym it doesn't matter because there you need the energy after the work day. Our gym at work has kind of poor air condition or it was off last week so working out was a very sweaty business.

Today I ran. Yes, me the one whose knee is in very poor shape. Our home hoods have the best environment for me to run. We've got a beach and sand walkways where lots of people walk and run every day. With my running shoes I was also able to do a good 45 minutes cardio.
