Day was quite easy and I succeeded to schedule my meals pretty well:
6.15 am Morning smoothie and detox
9.00 am Cocovi -raw chocolate bar (contains only cashews and raw chocolate and a hint of date to make it a bit sweeter)
10.30 am Green smoothie and detox
11.45 am Lunch
2.30 pm Unsweetened soy yoghurt and organic almonds.
6.30 pm Dinner: the yesterdays broccoli and sauerkraut!!!
I might eat an apple for evening snack if needed. I notied that I'm not hungry, though I was a bit tired today and had some small headache, but nothing compared to yesterday's headahing.
I made my morning smoothie base again: a banana and strawberries and then of course the hemp protein 0,5 dl.
As for tomorrow I made some soup out of chikpeas which I soaked over night:
- chickpeas (2 dl or more, depends how muh you want to cook)
- mushrooms
- coconut milk
- garlic
- textured soy protein (0,5 dl, soaked in warm water)
1. Boil the soaked chikbeans with salt (I used Kalahari salt)
2. Meanwhile peas are boiling fry the mushrooms and add some salt and pepper to them.
3. Add the soaked soy protein and garlic (I used one piece) to the mushrooms and let them heat up together on the pan.
4. Pour some water away from the chikpeas and add the coconut milk.
5. Add the mixture from the frying pan into the kettle with the peas. Let it cook slowly for another ten minutes so that the peas are soft.
6. Add herbs and spices as you wish. I used my Creek herbmix into it.
I'm not gonna post a pic of it, bcause it looks dull and not so pretty, but the taste was awesome!
Tomorrow is gym day, so I probably need to add some extra protein somewhere or take a banana with me.
