I also prepared myself for the seminar cruise on Thursday: bought Cocovi superfood bars, Hemp power bar, coconut water and peanuts. I also bought a small organic apple juice (2 dl) because there will be too little food. I thought it might be good to have a little bit fruit sugar hence I cannot eat normally there.
For tomorrow I bought some frozen berries for my morning smoothie; found boysen berries, though they're not organic, luckily the other berries are Finnish and pure! :)
