7th day detoxing

I slept almost 11 hours... Kind of relaxed and not even hungry. I decided to make my morning smoothie with lingonberries and boysenberries. For sweeter taste I added a small banana. It was very delicious! Then I had only my green smoothie: cucumber, half an apple, salads and celery with Vietnamese green tea as a liquid, and soy yoghurt with strawberries and soy protein. 

Before the movie I ate a Cocovi raw chocolate bar and bought a small smoothie for movie snack.

As for dinner I are a small goatcheese salad since it's start of the week 2. I'm gonna try making those cabbage rolls with quinoa and mushrooms. 

I'm not hungry and I feel lighter. :) 

Good thing is; my hubby has begun to eat healthier. I quess this is infective. ;)
