4th day and gym

I noticed that my need for sleep has increased and I also sleep better which is nice hence I tend to be sleepless time to time. I didn't even react on full moon this time. 

I started my morning with the normal smoothie and ate a Cocovi bar between breakfast and lunch. I took more protein on my afternoon snack and was able to do pretty good gym training without exhaustion or weakness. 40 mins of excersise; my stomach feels it. :))))

About the boat seminar problem: there's not enough breaks to eat and too little food for me to eat. So I went to Forum's Life store and got some pretty nice tips from the nice lady there. I bought Biotta organic pineapple juice, no added sugars, and decided to do my protein smoothie with that and hemp protein. The juice can also be stored in room temperature so it's ok to have it in the cabin. Otherwise I just go with my Cocovi bars and unsalted peanuts. Hope that there's plenty of ingredients to build a salad at the buffe on board.
